Nature Walk

Take a self-guided tour through our organic farm or ask our staff to explain how our permaculture cycle works.

In our organic farm we grow many of the vegetables and herbs that we serve on our menu.

We compost organic waste from the restaurant kitchen and gardens to create a very rich soil to fertilize our crops. Our chickens are also part of the cycle by providing manure, eating the kitchen scraps and laying very fresh eggs.

We collect and recycle water throughout the site and use it for irrigation. Our water collection system is integrated with the landscape in the form of ponds of different shapes and sizes and filled with aquatic plants and fish. Even our restaurant roof is part of our water catchment.
